We are so very happy that we used Texas Custom Patios for our construction project. Our new patio is beautiful and has added so much liveable space to our home. We sit outside every day now whereas before the patio was built we never sat outside. Working with Rob Douglass was a pleasure. He is very professional, knowledgeable and definitely an expert in his field. He helped us stay within our budget and made suggestions to make the outcome even more beautiful. They provided computerized drawings so that we could see what the final result would look like, and made all the proper submissions to our HOA, which in our subdivision, can be very difficult. Everything ran smoothly, timely, and we are thrilled with the outcome. We just had our first big party and everyone wanted to know who the builder was! We highly recommend Texas Custom Patios!

4 Season Remodeling & design is a top notch construction company. They are high skilled and they helped me bring my house from the current status into the house of my dreams. 4 Season Remodeling & design remodel houses and the final results are totally superb. My new kitchen is now a breathtaking space and everybody who visits, agrees. Here is summery of my experience with them: We moved to Arleta area from Arizona and after 6 months of searching for a house, we finally got our new home in a great location that required a lot of remodeling. The house is about 3500 sq. /ft . . . . and we wanted to remodel the entire house. We hired Jacob and his people after we had several good meetings about what we would like to accomplish. All the old carpets were removed from the dining room area, living room, bathrooms and bedrooms. In the kitchen we also removed all the hardwood and a under layer of old linoleum. The old kitchen cabinets including all the countertops were removed as well. After the various meetings that we had, we came to a conclusion that the new style and layout of all the cabinets for the kitchen and the dining room buffet. We also agreed to have a marble countertops and oak cabinets with glass openings on some of the upper doors. We bought all the stainless-steel appliances and Jacob made sure that the cabinets and countertops were perfect (color wise) match to the new appliances. The entire house floor was covered with gorgeous dark red wood which provide a beautiful contrast to the oak cabinets in the kitchen. Jacob was always available to us to answer all the questions and concerns that we had and he made sure that the quality control will remain in high levels. Jacob’s crew were great as well and they are extremely professional and they do care that love each stage of the work. Whenever it will be time for us to remodeling the other half of the house, we will hire only 4 Season Remodeling & design.
Outdoor Makeover & Living Spaces

If you are like me, this site is assisting you in finding a contractor for a project that intends to bring a bit more happiness to your life by improving a portion of your home or landscape. There is no doubt that you should, at the very least, allow Outdoor Makeover an opportunity to compete for your business. My Story: I purchased a house which had a large screened in porch and overgrown backyard, neither of which had been touched sine the 1960’s. There were issues all over the place: the railing on the porch was not up to code, the screen was ripped and loose in various places, our two AC units were on the back of the house instead of the side, ivy and trash trees had overtaken the back yard, a primitive flagstone grill with embedded rebar was a relic beneath the ivy, numerous dips and air pockets throughout the yard, and an ill-planned driveway which featured an unused parking pad. I, like you, scoured this and various other sites for contractors that could handle primarily the landscaping job but also be able to provide construction for the screened in porch. The budget in my mind was anywhere between 20 and 40k so I was somewhat excited that I would be exposed to premier Atlanta landscape designers. The vetting process went like this: A few of the well-known firm visited me while others did not bother to return my calls. Some who did come seemed disinterested, which is sometimes the case for landscapers in the summers as they are pretty busy. In any event, Navid, the owner of Outdoor Makeover came out to see me on a Friday afternoon and we ended up talking about the project for over an hour. He was in no rush and was genuinely interested in hearing what we wanted to achieve. He then was able to take our wants and needs, combined them with his design skill and create a plan that we would have thought impossible with the existing landscape: It went something like this: Remove a portion of our unused driveway, remove all trash trees, ivy and old stones*, regrade the entire yard for ideal drainage and runoff, construct a large stone patio with fire pit for seating that doubles as a practical car pad and add irrigation. In addition, Navid had the resources to relocate the Air Conditioners to the side of the house and introduce his brother, Omid, to me who runs the construction unit of the company that could assist with the screened in porch. Leading up to the actual work being performed Navid and Omid (who I remind you are the owners) came by several times to discuss the design to ensure that we were getting what we wanted. One Saturday night Navid even availed himself at 9PM to come by and do a walkthrough! The screened in porch was first – and in only a few days new railing, a new screen and fresh paint/stain made the porch seem brand new. Once the construction started on the yard the lines of communication were continuously opened with numerous phone calls and texts throughout the process. As an element of the unknown is prevalent in all jobs, Navid made sure I was aware of any decisions that need to be made. The project was a head turner from start to finish with neighbors commenting throughout the process. Just the cleanout and grading with the bobcat made us see what Navid had seen from the beginning. The end product was far more than we ever could imagine and I am grateful to outdoor makeover for truly changing our home and landscape which will improve our quality of life. A few final thoughts: •Outdoor Makeover had approx 10-14 workers on site each day and they were extremely courteous and very skillful. •During the project I needed to move some furniture in my house and relocate some rugs. Outdoor Makeover provided two of their guys which turned a half-day ordeal for me into a worry free hour. •At the end of the job they leave your property spotless •I was sitting on my deck a few days after the project ended (on labor day no less) and who did I see walking down my driveway but Navid who came by to check on how his guys left the site. •As the owner, Navid is always visible and extremely accessible. It doesn’t hurt that he is a nice guy with a great disposition. For him it is all about the customer – I can attest to that. If you have a landscaping or general construction project do yourself a favor and call Navid at Outdoor Makeover.

Rene and his team did a phenomenal job transforming our pool construction site into a modern oasis. His employees kept a very clean job site and were always very respectful. Rene showed up when he said he would, had great ideas, and kept us updated throughout the project. He was very understanding of our limited budget and came up with options and alternatives to ensure we felt like we were getting the most out of our money. I would definitely recommend Sage Scapes and Design.

I contracted with Dixon Group Services to tear down an old deck and build a screened porch with upper and lower decks, including two pergolas, and also a smaller deck as a fire escape from the back area of the house. We also went ahead with a remodel of the master bath. I provided the Project Manager, Juan Arrieta, with a one-dimensional drawing of my concept of what the screened porch/decks should be. Nothing fancy, just hand-drawn on graph paper. The remodel of the bath, I merely told him what I wanted and he knew exactly How to improve on my basic idea. As the projects progressed, I realized what changes I wanted to make in the plan, and Juan and his crew worked with me on everything. Juan had GREAT recommendations as we developed this vision I saw in my mind, and always worked with me on changes but also gently steered me away from my crazier ideas. The master bath remodel and the porch/decks have turned out just as I imagined. Oh, and the workmanship is awesome. Even my brother-in-law, who's in construction, was extremely impressed with their work. First class material and workmanship all the way. A truly remarkable job!

We have worked with Joe and his crew to design and landscape our last two new construction homes. During both projects, the group was professional, direct and responsive. Communication was excellent. True Scape Design's overall landscape knowledge and attention to detail also created an attractive and budget-friendly design that really enhanced the architecture of our homes. We would work with this group again.

My husband and I just completed a consultation with Sharper Cut. We haven't made a final decision but Sharper Cut has set the bar. The questions they asked captured what we wanted to do and how we want to user our outdoor spaces. They have an awesome 3D program that provides an artist’s rendering of the finished project (for us visual learners). They explained EVERY DETAIL of the design and construction estimates. Answered all our questions and then some. If anyone is looking for a positive landscape design consultation experience, please, please PLEASE give Sharper Cut a call. They will not disappoint.
Linda Greenberg Landscape & Design

We recently moved into a new construction home in Mt Pleasant, SC. Our builder only provided a small amount of plants and trees so we hired Linda Greenberg to create a beautiful low country garden in our front and backyards that would offer us privacy and something pretty to look at during each season. Since we do not live in the house full time Linda was agreeable to meeting with us virtually and walked the property with us on FaceTime so that we could explain what we wanted and help her to understand what we were looking to accomplish. She provided us many virtual meetings over the course of over a month to help us feel connected and a part of the large scale landscape project. We relied on Linda to be the eyes on all of the work that was being done and she was committed to assuring us that the work was being completed in a timely matter. Linda has a great design sense and eye for low country gardens. Linda was open to our feedback and welcomed our ideas as she created a comprehensive design that included 2 brick lined bluestone patios, stone pathways, a water feature, a jasmine wall and a variety of low country plants and trees that will offer us color during each season and the privacy we were looking for. We worked really well with Linda and her team, all of whom are very professional and experts at what they do and we are thrilled with the final product! We highly recommend hiring Linda Greenberg as your landscape design company as we are so glad we did!

We wanted a new deck and pergola and were referred by our landscaper Decorative Landscaping to Western Timber Frame. They were extremely helpful. We had an idea of how we wanted the deck/pergola to look and they were happy even excited to work out out idea and make it happen. They were on time, quick, personal, neat and great to work with. Prices were fair. Maybe for some a little high but the quality of material is also very high. Our backyard is now a beauty thanks to Western Timber Frame.
